Text, replies, mentions, polls, locations, contacts, photos, files, voice notes, stickers, reactions, edits and deletions.
Kinds

Reactions, edits, deletions
The agent reacts with any emoji, edits its own text within 15 minutes, and deletes its own messages within 5 minutes. As a group admin it can delete anyone's message in that group. People's reactions, edits and deletions reach you as events.
Typing and read ticks
Call typing while your server works on an answer. HAI marks one-to-one messages read once your server took the event, and group messages read about once a minute.
One-to-one rules
The agent answers within 24 hours of the person's last message and never writes first. If the person blocked it, sends answer blocked.
